Answer every support call.Hand off the ones that need a person.

An AI agent picks up your phone, answers only from your own knowledge, tells callers it is automated, and passes anything it cannot settle to your team.

How it works

Three steps from an empty account to a line your customers can ring.

  1. Step 1: Give it your knowledge

Paste your policies, opening hours and answers to common questions, or import a web page. The agent answers from this and nothing else.

    Example

    • Returns policyReady
    • Opening hoursReady
    • Delivery questionsReady
  2. Step 2: Claim or forward a number

Claim a SwiftSupport number, or forward the support line you already have to it. Pick a voice and a name for your agent, then call it from your own phone.

    Example

    +1 555 010 0142

Claim a number or Forward your line

  3. Step 3: Review every call

Read the transcript, see how the call ended and what it cost, and follow up with anyone who is waiting for a person.

    Example

    • Resolved by the agent
    • Handed to a person
    • Callback requested

When a caller needs a person, they get one.

The agent knows what it cannot do. When a caller asks for a person, gets upset, or asks something your knowledge does not cover, it hands off and saves a short summary for your team.

  • Ask once, get a person

If a caller asks for a human, the agent transfers them straight away. It does not try to talk them out of it.

  • Only the number you set

Transfers go to the number you chose in the dashboard. The agent never picks a number on its own.

  • Aware of your hours

Inside your hours it transfers. Outside them, or with no number set, it takes a callback instead.

The call is transferred

  1. The caller asks for a person, or the agent cannot answer from your knowledge.

  2. The agent says it is connecting them, and the call is transferred to the number you set.

  3. If nobody picks up, the agent apologises and offers a callback instead.

  4. The reason and a short summary are saved with the call.

The caller is talking to a person, and a summary is waiting in your dashboard.

You choose your open hours and time zone in the agent settings.

What you get

The pieces a caller and your team both need, and nothing that needs a developer to switch on.

  • Answers only from your knowledge

The agent searches what you have written down and answers from that. If the answer is not there, it says so and offers a person. It does not guess.

    Example

    • “What is your returns window?”Answered from Returns policy
    • “Can you price-match a competitor?”Not found, so it offers a person
  • Says it is an AI, every time

Each call opens with the agent telling the caller it is an automated assistant. That line is built in. Your own greeting comes after it.

    Example

Hello, I am an automated assistant.

  • Choose a voice, or clone yours

Pick from the Fish Audio voice library and hear a sample first. Or clone a voice you have the right to use: you confirm consent, and a record is kept of who did.

  • A transcript and a cost for every call

Read what was said and see how the call ended. Each call shows an estimated cost, based on the rates in your dashboard.

  • An escalation queue

Everyone waiting for a person is in one list, with the reason, a summary, and how long they have been waiting.

  • Webhooks to your own systems

Send call.completed and escalation.created events to a URL you control. Every delivery is signed, so your server can check where it came from.

    • call.completed
    • escalation.created
  • Keep the number you have

Forward your current support line to your SwiftSupport number: always, when busy, or after hours. Callers keep dialing the number they know.

    • Always
    • When busy
    • After hours

Built so your callers’ details stay yours.

A phone line carries names, numbers and problems people would rather not repeat. These are the choices we made about that.

  • Every company is walled off

Each company’s data sits behind row-level security in the database. One company cannot read another’s calls, knowledge or numbers.

  • Caller numbers are encrypted

Caller and callback numbers are encrypted at rest and masked in lists. The full number appears only where you need it to call someone back.

  • You control retention

We do not record call audio. Transcripts are kept for the number of days you choose, from 7 to 365, and then deleted.

  • Webhooks are signed

Every delivery carries a signature and a timestamp, so your server can confirm it came from SwiftSupport and reject a replay.

  • It can only dial your number

Transfers go to the number you configured. The agent never chooses a number to dial, so no caller can talk it into calling somewhere else.

  • It will not take card details

If a caller starts to read out a card number or a password, the agent stops them, says it cannot take that, and offers a person.

Questions people ask first

Short, honest answers. If yours is not here, create an account and try a call.

No. It takes the calls it can answer from your knowledge and hands the rest to your people. You decide who gets the transfer, when, and what happens outside your hours.

It says it does not have that information and offers a person: a transfer during your hours, a callback outside them. It does not guess. The call is flagged in your dashboard so you can add the missing answer to your knowledge.

Yes, by forwarding. Set call forwarding on your existing support line to your SwiftSupport number, always, when busy, or after hours. Moving your number over to SwiftSupport is not available yet.

Pricing is still being finalised, and early access is open, so you can create an account and try it now. Every call in your dashboard already shows an estimated cost.

English comes first. You can set the agent to one language, such as English, Spanish, French or German, or let it follow the language the caller speaks. Voices differ in the languages they handle well, so listen to a sample and make a test call before you rely on one.

Yes. Every call opens with the agent saying it is an automated assistant, before your own greeting. You cannot turn that off.
